Psychologist | Process Facilitator | Founder
Dr Magdalena Adamczyk-Kowalczuk is a psychologist, graduate of the Psychology Institute of the Jagiellonian University. She has completed extensive specialist training in areas such as crisis intervention, mediation and conflict resolution, coaching psychology, and mindfulness-based approaches.
At our center, she holds the role of Process Facilitator, with overarching responsibility for the smooth and effective coordination of organizational and therapeutic operations. She ensures that all psychological and developmental processes are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
In parallel with her professional practice, Dr Adamczyk-Kowalczuk is a researcher specializing in the psychological mechanisms behind economic decision-making. She is the author of several academic books and peer-reviewed publications. She also serves as the Head of the Center for Research on Economic Attitudes and Decision-Making at the Krakow University of Economics.
