Maria Owczarzak psycholog psychoterapeutka

Psychologist and psychotherapist undergoing comprehensive certified training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at Tercognitiva, a center accredited by the Polish Society of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. Maria Owczarzak holds a degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University. She is also enrolled in a specialized, one-year program in “Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy” at the Institute of Education and Therapy in Poznań. She gained clinical experience during her internship at the Day Psychiatric Ward of the Mental Health Center at the Institute of Psychoeducation in Poznań. She conducted cognitive training for patients with psychotic disorders and collaborated with an interdisciplinary therapeutic team.

In her therapeutic work, she follows the standards of the Code of Ethics for Psychotherapists and regularly participates in supervision to ensure the highest quality of care. She believes that behind every difficulty lies a unique story and need — she uses her knowledge and experience to help clients recognize potential where they initially see only challenges.

She provides therapy sessions for adults and adolescents, focusing on support for emotional difficulties, challenges at work or school, and adaptation to significant life changes. She believes therapy is a process of discovering strengths, not just working through problems.
