Psychologist and psychotherapist in the process of training in cognitive-behavioral therapy approach at SWPS. Graduate of Psychology at SWPS University. Holds a professional coaching certificate accredited by the Polish Chamber of Coaching, obtained at the Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development in Krakow. Gained clinical experience during internships at the Dr. J. Babiński Hospital, in the Day Psychiatric Rehabilitation Ward for Children and Adolescents. Participated in numerous training courses to enhance skills in working with people, including schema therapy tools, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and work with individuals with ADHD and ASD.

Her work is regularly supervised. Continuous development of competencies and learning is a core ethical principle guiding her practice.

She places particular emphasis on mindfulness toward the individual needs of each person she works with. While drawing from knowledge of universal psychological mechanisms, she avoids imposing ready-made solutions. Instead, she strives to discover each client’s unique path, providing space for expressing personal experiences and emotions.

Her professional experience has been developed working in HR departments of international companies and local startups, as well as in NGOs including the Pandora Foundation, Wise Future University Foundation, and the Development Space Foundation, which runs the Social Integration Center where she serves as a supported employment trainer. For several years, she has been supporting clients through coaching to discover their potential and strengthen competencies needed in change processes. She also conducts developmental workshops and psychoeducational webinars.

At Mindware, she works with adults and adolescents (aged 15+), using cognitive-behavioral therapy tools. Sessions are conducted in both Polish and English. She supports clients in areas such as:

  • life crises – relational, work-related, burnout, developmental, issues of meaning and lack of agency, creative crisis
  • difficult family relationships
  • loneliness and fear of loneliness
  • coping with stress and difficult emotions, emotion regulation
  • chronic shame
  • anxiety: social, generalized, impostor syndrome, fear of rejection
  • obsessive thoughts and compulsions
  • eating disorders
  • low self-esteem
