Katarzyna Kuleta psychoterapeutka

Psychotherapist currently undergoing comprehensive certified training in the Gestalt approach at the Institute of Gestalt Training and Education. She works with adults and young adults (both in-person and online). As a practitioner of the Solution-Focused Approach, she incorporates its principles into her daily practice whenever appropriate. She completed the full, two-stage training of the Study of Therapy and the Solution-Focused Approach at the Integrii TSR Institute. In her practice, she is guided by the belief that psychotherapy is a process of returning to oneself — to the natural balance that we sometimes lose due to difficult experiences.

She cares about the quality and ethics of her work — regularly participating in individual and group supervision. She develops professionally through participation in trainings, workshops, and courses. She works in accordance with the ethical code of the Polish Gestalt Therapy Association.

You can benefit from psychotherapy consultations with her if you:
– wish to better know and understand yourself,

Katarzyna also supports people who grew up in families with alcohol problems (ACOA) or other dysfunctions (ACOD), as well as people struggling with mood disorders (including depression), anxiety, and adaptation difficulties. She works with individuals involved in situations of violence.

As a coach, she supports people who want changes in their relationships or personal development. She also works with those considering a professional change — promotion, career shift, change of workplace, or further development of their career path. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies accredited by the Polish Chamber of Coaching and the EIA EMCC at the Foundation level. She completed the “Professional Coaching – Methods and Practice” program at Kozminski University. Her experience shows that coaching can be an effective tool for real change and achieving goals.
