Client Support Coordinator

A fourth-year student of Applied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

For many years, she has been deeply fascinated by psychology as a science, particularly in the areas of neuroscience and cognitive processes. She gained experience working with people through conducting workshops for school-aged children and local communities. She also volunteered at a care home for individuals with chronic mental health conditions. An important part of her life is supporting others through alpaca-assisted therapy (a form of animal-assisted therapy). Currently, she is undergoing Social Skills Training at Fundacja Pomoc Autyzm (Autism Support Foundation), an accredited institution.

At Mindware, she serves as the Client Support Coordinator, ensuring that everyone who reaches out to our center feels cared for from the very first contact. She is responsible for the smooth coordination of appointments, providing information about our services, and overseeing client comfort and satisfaction at every stage of cooperation. With empathy and attentiveness, she creates a warm, trustworthy atmosphere—playing a key role in supporting our clients’ journeys of change and growth.
